Take a Richard Pryor meets Jerry Lewis, a Marilyn Monroe if she was black sex appeal and the coolness of Whoopi Goldberg and you get comedienne Co Coa Brown. "Co Coa brings an energy to the stage that no female comedian I've ever seen possess. She performs for you in every way on stage!", says comedian Cedric "The Entertainer", with whom she toured with the Summer of 2001.

Her talent, stage presence and on and off stage warmth towards her fans has won her the title on DC Comedienne of the Year, a spot on the Def Comedy Jam Tour, a finalist at the Bacardi By Night Comedy Competition, a showcase at the Kennedy Center Honors to Richard Pryor and Four (4) consecutive seasons on BET "Comic View".

She was also a featured comedienne on the Cedric "The Entertainer" Comedy Revue Tour that showcased over 30 dates nationwide during the summer of 2001. Co Coa also reigned as champion in the Comedy TKO series on the weekly nighttime television series "SHOWTIME at the APOLLO" for a record Five (5) weeks straight. She was a featured comedian on In - Demand/ Pay - Per - View's urban comedy series "phaturday's" on the Direct TV Satellite network. She has recently taped her standup routine for the new comedy series on Comedy Central cable network entitled "Comic Groove". Co Coa has been a headliner on the longest and most successful college comedy tour, the RJE Urban Comedy Cabaret Tour for the last three (3) years.
